The Path to Becoming a Chartered Operator

To ensure only the most dedicated providers carry the VSL brand, every operator must complete a strict three-step credentialing process:

1. Selective Application:
Each operator undergoes a comprehensive review by VSL membership representatives. This stage ensures that only those with a proven commitment to excellence are invited to fly the VSL flag.

2. Specialized Training:
Once accepted, operators must complete initial and ongoing certification programs. This ensures our homes are managed using the latest best practices in recovery housing and resident support.

3. Continuous Support & Accountability:
VSL provides our team with 24/7 operational support and resources. By ensuring our operators are well-supported, we can focus entirely on delivering the best recovery experience available to you.

Purpose Sober Living was granted its Charter on August 4, 2026 and remains committed to operating in accordance with Vanderburgh Sober Living standards.
